Description:
Position Purpose:
St. Mary's Hospital a member of Trinity Health Of New England is looking for a Schedistrar to join our Radiology team.
The Schedistrar is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and care to all patients and clients.
What you will do:
Greet patients and administering check- in and registration
Prepare charts
Answer multi-line phone and triage calls
Schedule appointments and procedures for exams and procedures
Complete a variety of clerical and data entry assignments
Create and maintain a professional, caring and customer-oriented environment
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
1 years' experience in healthcare preferred
Familiarity with medical terminology
Ability to manage multiple phone lines simultaneously
