AN EXCITING CHANCE TO JOIN THE W VERBIER TEAM

As Bars Manager Assistant , you will report directly to the Bars Manager. In his absence you will be responsible for the short and long term planning and day to day operations of the Living Room, Off piste After ski and La Plage, ensuring the high level of service required for the restaurant in line with W standards and original concepts.

You will plan and direct talent in their tasks and interact proactively and positively with customers.

What will you be doing?

As an Assistant Bar Manager you will work in our various outlets, taking orders and serving food and drink to customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, professional and timely manner, using suggestive selling techniques.

You'll always know what's going on.

You allocate jobs, tasks and tables to the different talents in your team

Checking customer payments

Maintain the condition and cleanliness of the bars and service equipment.

Fill in for the bar manager on his days off.

Make suggestions and improvements

PROFILE

You have previous experience in a 5* hotel.

You have exceptional knowledge of food and drink, bartending and mixology.

You are fluent in French and English

You have a real interest in the worlds of taste, sound, the body, the stage and taking a stand.

You have great attention to detail and are passionate about delivering a memorable customer experience.

Position to be filled from August 2024
