Position Summary: This role will be responsible for daily operations, scheduling, and general oversight of the lab technicians and equipment. Candidate should have experience with AC motors and controls and basic troubleshooting skills. Working knowledge of dynamometers, environmental chambers, ECAT, EMI, and thermodynamics is required. Attention to detail and time management skills are necessary to work in this face paced environment. Major Responsibilities: Oversee lab work schedule and priority matrix Coach and assist in training of technicians Conduct weekly lab review session with stakeholders Adhere to 6S standards and review sessions Required Education / Experience / Skills: Solid understanding of the Commercial Solutions products 10+ years of experience in Engineering/Lab role.
