Mastercard’s Commercial Cyber portfolio includes a suite of products that deliver the ratings, insights, and capabilities that enterprises need to manage risk within their own organization and their supply chain. This portfolio includes offerings like RiskRecon, a leading risk ratings platform, and Threat Protection for DDoS mitigation, WAF, and bot protection, as well as threat intelligence for internal and external sources. We are seeking a strong Product Manager to join our dynamic team, owning product strategy and execution to bring insights together across these products. You’ll work with colleagues around the world to help Mastercard grow as a market-leading cybersecurity company.

All About the Role:

• Analyze internal and external security data sources to define and execute an integrated product strategy

• Provide input to internal security research teams for new data sources to strengthen product insights

• Collaborate with engineering stakeholders to build and test prototypes for security insights

• Develop Business Requirements that represent the needs of the product/customer

• Take a data-driven approach to product enhancements, identifying opportunity areas and contributing to the Product roadmap, prioritizing work to deliver against key areas of focus

• Deploy test & learn experimentation to ensure that the end user and customer experience is continuously optimized

• Leverage working knowledge of cybersecurity business, systems, products and customer requirements in making fact-based business and product decisions

• Understand the Software Development Lifecycle and surface any barriers or obstacles to deliver capabilities on time and budget. Proactively communicate situation and proposed solutions to senior management

• Participate in cross-functional teams (e.g. Product, Product Management-Technical, CX&D) in the development of business requirements to achieve Product objectives

• Drive institutionalized knowledge through the use of consistent product documentation (e.g., support documents)

• Lead by example with hands-on approaches to demonstrate product management excellence and share best practices

• Demonstrate and drive Mastercard Way behaviors through their actions (e.g. customer and stakeholder interactions)

• There may be a requirement for some limited travel.

All About You::

• Experience in product management, cybersecurity, and/or solutions engineering

• Experience leveraging a data analytical mindset to drive product development

• A broad grasp of internet security solutions and general cyber security best practices.

• Demonstrable interest in security and internet technologies.

• Basic understanding of threat intelligence and how it can be used effectively in a security solution.

• Experience building or product managing APIs or tools for developer digestion

• Experience with SQL, Mongo, Python and/or Shell scripting

• Working knowledge of opensource data tools such as Shodan, Censys, BinaryEdge, Maltego, Spiderfoot, etc.

• Excellent written and verbal communicator, comfortable communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience in Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)

• Proven ability to lead in a matrix environment

• Demonstrated ability to operate with independence and autonomy
