Description and Requirements

Roles and responsibilities

  • Plan and lead 4P strategy (product / price / place / promotion) for SMB business

  • Product portfolio management based on market , competitor and business analysis

  • Set price and profit management

  • Manage sales promotion budget including rebate program

  • Channel strategy management with sales action planning

  • Co- work with marketing team to plan promotion strategy

  • Supply forecast based on sales planning

  • Strategy implementation to sales and other team

  • Assess distribution channels and market coverage to ensure effective product placement.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the company's 4P strategies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product development, marketing, and sales, to successfully bring products to market

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the market.

  • Define and prioritize product requirements, including features and functionalities, in collaboration with the development team

  • SMB Sales

  • Sales Operations

  • Finance controller

  • Marketing

  • Supply chain management team

Requirements

Experience

  • Over 3 years experience of business planning or strategy roll at Data Center industry.

  • Preferred to have experience of sales, marketing and operation roll for SMB market.

  • Preferred to have previous experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.

  • Results-oriented with the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Skill, Competency

  • Dealing with scientific and mathematical approach

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Communication skill based on logical thinking

  • English capability as business level

  • PPT / Excel skill

  • Better to have finance knowledge (P/L management etc.)

  • Preferred to have project management skill
