Role Summary/Purpose
To proactively drive customer satisfaction through effective Project Quality Management in alignment with client expectations and agreed project specification.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
Drive Customer satisfaction KPI’s through provision of proactive support to Customer complaints with all stakeholders (including Fulfillment, Engineering, Manufacturing and Sourcing).
RFQ review for quality portion, preparation & issue of project ITP incorporating all requirements of client specification.
Drive effective Project Risk Analysis through effective coordination with all stakeholders to incorporate ROE from previous projects to ensure lessons learned from previous projects are fully applied and new project risks are fully mitigated.
Effectively coordinate client visits and host meetings with client quality organization to ensure high levels of client confidence is maintained throughout project lifecycle.
Creation, issue and agree EMOR & MRB documentation packs with client in alignment with agreed ITP requirements.
Apply quality techniques to support issues using defined quality tools.
Qualifications/Requirements
Extensive experience with driving customer satisfaction.
Expertise in Quality Assurance methodologies and tools including DFMEA, PFMEA, 8D, Lean Six Sigma would be advantageous.
Internal auditor qualification desirable.
