Associate Planning Manager for Imports and Exports - Ice Cream
Background and Purpose of the Job
As theNA Associate Planning Manager for Imports and Exports - Ice Cream,you will be responsible for the execution of all ice cream imports into North America and exports to Unilever locations all over the world, balancing supply and demand by Country. Your objective is to manage the conversion of the demand planning signal into the demand planning books & work with the respective planners to ensure the production plan meets the forecast. You will need to do this all while balancing inventory levels,capacity, and customer service across all the items. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining Intercompany Service Level Agreements and you will support innovation planning with all import and export requirements. Your key tasks are supply planning, demand forecasting, order execution, and maintaining proper communication channels for North America and the importing countries. This includes collaborating with the import/export country supply chain teams,Unilever International and US supply chain.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related fields
At least 3 years of Supply Chain related planning experience using planning software.
Proficiency using Excel, Access, PowerPoint and MS Project
Worked in SAP-APO & ECC and APICS
Have strong communication skills with an ability to deliver complex information to a variety of audiences with impact.
Manage multiple projects and work through ambiguity.
