We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Marketing Assistant in New Jersey. This role is significant in managing the daily operations of Digital Media Ad Operations, with a focus on trafficking, reporting, and troubleshooting for all our global revenue-generating digital assets.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and provide creative assets to external streaming sites and OTT platforms.

• Assist with digital trafficking, troubleshooting, and reporting across all areas of digital inventory.

• Create digital ad inventory and ad tags to be provided to developers for implementation on websites and mobile apps.

• Ensure all inventory managed have 100% filled impressions to maximize revenue opportunities.

• Update bi-weekly unfilled impressions report across all digital media assets.

• Work actively with developers to remove invalid inventory across all digital media assets.

• Collaborate with sales and marketing contacts to serve campaigns where unfilled impressions exist across all digital media assets.

• Maintain documentation for contact lists, QA database, and creative name log for internal use.

• Use AdWords and other relevant software to optimize digital marketing efforts.

Requirements • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

• Demonstrated experience with Google AdWords

• Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies

• Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
