The P&G Interns from Abroad program is offered to promising Latin American undergraduates interested in growing as a business leader by stepping into the shoes of a P&Ger for a minimum of 6 months at our Latin American Headquarters located in Panama City, Panama.

Job Qualifications

We are looking for a student who:

• Is an active undergraduate Latin American student with 12 months left to graduate from a university outside of Panama.

• Can move to Panama and fully commit to delivering projects that will last at least 6 months.

• Has written and spoken proficiency in English.

• Displays strong teamwork, analytical skills, problem solving and an end-goal oriented attitude.

• Shows strong passion to continuously learn new things and grow as a professional.
