We are looking for a dynamic Construction Quality Program Manager to lead quality inspections and testing on some of the areas largest transportation projects. Working in tandem with senior Terracon staff you will develop a business strategy to identify project pursuits, implement a capture plan and develop pricing and staffing plans. Once the project has been successfully won, you will help lead all efforts on the project site. The successful candidate will be highly organized and motivated with the ability to lead large teams of inspectors and technicians on $200M+ construction projects. The ability to clearly communicate is key, as well as a thorough understanding of project plans and specifications, and a complete understanding of alternative delivery quality programs as well as more traditional construction engineering and inspection roles. This position will be on the client construction site, and will require regular travel. Responsibilities: Identify project pursuits and participate in the proposal process. Develop and implement a quality management plan for the project. Lead the team in performing quality inspections and testing to ensure that work is completed to project specifications. Lead local CEI teams Document and report quality issues and non-conformances. Collaborate with project team members to resolve quality issues and non-conformances. Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with clients and contractors. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and industry standards. Develop and implement quality control training programs for project staff. Manage all aspects of the project, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in technical discipline practiced by the Firm including Engineering, Environmental Science or Geology and a minimum of 10 years' related experience. Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 14 years' related experience. Valid driver's license with acceptable violation history. The expected salary range for this position is listed below. The base range may be adjusted based on the specific location of the applicant.
