Grundfos Senior Aftermarket Sales Engineer Job Details | Grundfos in Kocaeli, Turkey

Then we have an interesting position in Grundfos to cover the entire TUCA (Turkey and Central Asia) region.

The primary responsibility for the Senior Aftermarket Sales Engineer, will be ensuring growth in energy-related product and service sales in the local organization. Using the vast portfolio of energy reduction solutions from Grundfos, working in partnership with customers and colleagues alike to assist reduce the CO2 impact of pumps on the environment.

This is truly a role where you can support businesses reduce their energy bill and work on the global agenda of reducing carbon emissions. Whilst supporting the profitable growth of Grundfos at the same time

What is the job about?

Overall, your tasks will cover:

  • To take care of Aftermarket sales revenue and profit of the company in delegate area and keeping up mutually fruitful relations with customers

  • To prepare service product offerings and make sure to solve the issue as customer requirement with appropriate follow-up process

  • To propose the Aftermarket sales budget for the response area. After review and approval by the superior to carry out the qualitative and quantitative targets as stated in the budget concerning policies and the authority assigned

  • To maintain customers' data with visiting dates, planning arrangements agreed on after-sales service of customers, relevant figures, aftermarket sales turnover, aftermarket sales opportunity, quotation update status, etc.

  • To search for new possibilities, prospects, and potential customers for increasing service sales

  • To advise customers on replacement, retrofit, spare parts, repair, maintenance, system solution, application, products (operation, feature, and specification), technical issues, etc.

Your Background?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical engineering or any related field and with significant technical knowledge in sales.

  • Ideally, have at least 5 years of relevant experience as Sales Engineer experience in the Pump or HVAC industry with specific experience in systems, or energy-related solutions.

  • Ideally can exhibit knowledge of digitally connected devices, and understand the wider value behind an efficient, optimized pumping system.
