The Job:

As a The Production Supervisor ensures throughput targets are achieved in a safe, timely, quality, cost efficient and productive manner. This role will manage and executes production plans to meet or exceed performance standards and meet customer deadlines. You’ll get to

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate workflow and manpower availability to ensure achievement of all company and department goals each day

• Provide appropriate process training to associates to ensure their safety, and the accuracy of inventory transactions/move Coordinate workflow and manpower availability to ensure achievement of all company and department goals each dayment

• Ensure employees meet company and departmental standards for quality, productivity, housekeeping & safety

• Analyze the production plan of lines assigned daily, and coordinate resources to comply with it.

• Administration and supervision of associates promoting compliance with EHS and quality guidelines.

• Development of work plan, define priorities and order according to resources.

• Responsible for compliance with the filling of the SQDCP and achievement of goals through continuous improvement

• Contribute to the 5's program of the plant, performing its monthly audits assigned on time and following up on the implementation or maintenance in its lines / areas

• Start/stop production lines/machines on time.

• Follow-up of personnel with incidences of absenteeism or inappropriate behavior.

The Person:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or relevant field of study

• 2+ years applicable experience in a managerial/leadership position

• Experience in production scheduling and planning

• Technical knowledge of manufacturing operations preferred

• Demonstrated experience in lean and 5S methodology preferred
