Job Description

The Ubrelvy & Qulipta migraine Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Marketing Manager will lead the design, development, and implementation of brand P2P; product theatre and speaker bureau strategies, and tactical initiatives that support the Ubrelvy and Qulipta HCP commercial objectives. This individual will be required to work closely with brand teams to pull through Ubrelvy and Qulipta brand strategy by being immersed in the strategy and must be capable of educational storytelling. This individual will need to plan, execute, and create educational materials for various marketing-initiatives and closely collaborate with Internal and External Agencies, and cross functional partners, such as: Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Market Analytics and Business Intelligence (MABI), Legal, Office of Ethics and Compliance (OEC), Patient Advocacy, Patient Services, Field Operations, Field Sales, Customer Engagement, Botox Professional Development, and Business Services teams. This individual will lead work with multiple agencies, and work in partnership with the P2P operations marketing manager; a key expectation is the ability to successfully manage multiples projects simultaneously. All program development and execution will require an awareness of both AbbVie P2P compliance rules and the ongoing Pharma industry compliance environment.

Responsibilities:

Talent will be hired at a level commensurate with experience.

  • Work on marketing deliverables within tight timelines in a fast-paced environment, applying skills to analyze and execute marketing plans for franchise growth.

  • Propose and recommend P2P strategies based on business direction, market dynamics, and data. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver brand messaging, content, and programming in medical educational channels.

  • Take a proactive approach, staying informed of market dynamics, trends affecting the franchise and business plans, particularly in the migraine market, and medical education. Develop market shaping strategies across medical education P2P channels for competitive event planning.

  • Execute go-to-market plans for new Ubrelvy and Qulipta indications, set strategic direction for agencies, and manage projects within timelines and budget constraints.

  • Drive sales force execution through clear communication and impactful training initiatives.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to elevate organizational needs to drive business forward.

  • Establish collaborative relationships with marketing peers to align brand strategies with marketing tactics.

  • Support Field marketing team in the execution of marketing tactics and programming.

  • Assist in Migraine Speaker Bureau management, including speaker review and training, optimization, utilization, budget, and tracking KPIs and External Expert engagement.

  • Manage AOP expectations.

  • Navigate the Medical and Regulatory process to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work while adhering to regulatory and compliance guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required

  • Marketing experience with proof of building proficiencies in all marketing skills; consideration of sales or medical affairs background

  • Experience in a dynamitic and fast paced environment.

  • Demonstrated use of critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting Pharmaceutical Products

  • The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
