Job Description

One of Insight Global's customers is looking for a Project Superintendent in the North West Arkansas area to join their team. The Project Superintendent will be responsible for the

day-to-day production of all construction operations on-site, while managing CDI contractors & Subcontractors. They will also oversee projects in terms of scheduling to ensure deadlines are met while maintaining quality and safety. In this role, they will work alongside the Project Managers as Co- Captains of the projects, while having a direct line of communication to clients, architects & engineers to provide all things necessary to successfully oversee field production of our construction projects.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Mgt or Engineering plus 5+ years of Superintendent experience.

• Advanced experience with means/methods & processes of building commercial construction projects.

• Knowledge & experience with Scheduling projects such as:

    Developing schedules.

    Day-to-day managing of schedule sequences.

    Success in holding trades accountable for meeting deadlines.

• Experience with Scheduling Software.

Experience in diverse industries and with multiple project sizes. null
