- Monitor sales performance and manage order processing. * Provide support to B2B, Customer Service, Accounting, and Product Management teams. * Analyze daily shipping data to optimize operations. * Maintain and enhance vendor relations. * Ensure compliance with service level agreements with partners. * Lead a support team, managing communications via email and phone. * Perform other related duties as assigned. * Bachelor’s Degree Business Administration or Engineering Sciences preferred. * Minimum of two years of management experience. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Exceptional attention to detail.
