Google Media Program Specialist in Buenos Aires, Argentina

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 3 years of experience with Youtube’s core ad products.

  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in project management.

  • Experience managing complex strategic and operational initiatives.

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities.

  • Ability to communicate and work in complex, cross-functional environments across multiple countries.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

The Services Provider License Agreement (SPLA) Programs and Packages team supports both Large Customer Sales (LCS) and Agency teams across SPLA, driving upfront business growth through packaging and program development of YouTube's products and content. Our team plays a vital role connecting Google and its customers with YouTube’s content and creators, supporting YouTube's most strategic content areas in Music, Sports, Kids and Family, and Originals through premium advertiser business generation and content creation.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

  • Plan, activate, and support the development of Programs and Packages scaled and tailored solutions with special focus on Sports, Gaming, Entertainment, and Creators, to help drive YouTube growth in Spanish speaking Latin America.

  • Bring and forecast new and exciting opportunities according to seasonalities or special events.

  • Partner with YouTube Video, Go-To-Market, Partnerships, and gTech teams to launch scaled packaging within system parameters.

  • Participate in the global packaging community and other packaging meetings to stay up-to-date on relevant news.

  • Gather feedback from Sales and Agency teams to inform future iterations and provide feedback to Go-To-Market.
