Corporate Receptionist

You could join our Auckland team in this phenomenal opportunity, based at Aon’s Head Office located in the Aon Centre in Commercial Bay!

This a Full-Time position, based on site at our Head Office, located conveniently in the heart of the Commercial Bay precinct in Downtown Auckland.

What your day will look like

You’ll play a key role as the first point of contact for our clients, our commercial partners, and colleagues visiting our office either from around the country or other Aon offices globally.

Some of your responsibilities will include,

  • Handling incoming communications, both phone and email coming through to the main business.

  • Receiving and the distribution of incoming mail, parcels, and documents.

  • Handling and maintaining our meeting and shared spaces within the office and providing support when meetings are being hosted as required.

  • Looking after our office supplies and taking ownership for ordering and keeping these topped up.

  • Providing additional administrative support to the Branch Leadership team when required

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Ideally, you’ll have experience in a Reception or Front of House position from within a corporate environment.

  • Strong competency with Microsoft Office products.

  • A friendly and professional phone manner

  • Ability to multitask and handle ambiguity, while supporting the wider business support needs.

  • Have a high level of problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
