PROCESS ENGINEER - Finished Products

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide technical expertise and leadership to the operations of the Paper and Fluff Pulp department, contributing to meet objectives for safety, environmental, quality, cost, and production performance. Candidate must be able to recognize opportunities for quality improvement, develop action plan, and implement.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor\'s Degree in a related Engineering field (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Paper Science, Industrial).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing conditions.
  • Must be able to prioritize and assign resources appropriately.

SKILLS

A working knowledge of pulp, power, or paper area operations is preferred, with an advanced knowledge of safety. Candidate must be a proficient user of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

COMPETENCIES

Candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Candidate must be able to work with a group as a team member and the capacity to lead by example while ensuring employee accountability to all department requirements. Candidate must be willing to work shift schedule as required.
