DESCRIPTION OF WORK In this role, the individual will be responsible for developing constructability review plans for various projects by utilizing engineering expertise. This includes selecting team members from construction, maintenance, and design departments, creating meeting and field view schedules, documenting and addressing any issues that arise, resolving conflicts, and ensuring effective communication among project team members and managers.

The primary focus of this position is to ensure that all aspects of the project are thoroughly reviewed and evaluated for constructability, with the goal of identifying and addressing any potential challenges or obstacles before they impact the project timeline or budget. By establishing clear communication channels and facilitating regular project meetings, you will play a key role in ensuring that all team members are informed and aligned on project status and objectives.

Additionally, you will be expected to exercise sound judgment and decision-making skills in order to effectively prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during the course of the project. Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in (District 5 - Allentown, PA). Six years of civil engineering experience in the appropriate specialty; and an Engineer-in-Training certificate issued by or acceptable to the Pennsylvania State Registration Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors and Geologists; or Five years of civil engineering experience in the appropriate specialty; and an Engineer-in-Training certificate issued by or acceptable to the Pennsylvania State Registration Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors and Geologists; and an associate degree in civil engineering technology or a closely related engineering discipline; or

Two years of professional civil engineering experience in the appropriate specialty, and a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a closely related engineering discipline.

Special Requirements: T is position requires possession of a valid Class C Driver's License.
