Edwards Lifesciences Sr Audiovisual Production Engineer in Hybrid, California

This role is required to work on-site in our global headquarters in Irvine, Ca.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Provide dedicated audio-visual support to executives and senior leadership, ensuring that their presentations and communications are delivered seamlessly and professionally.

  • Collaborate with executives and event planners to plan and coordinate audio-visual requirements for corporate events, including meetings, conferences, and presentations.

  • Demonstrate expertise in professional audio and video systems to design, implement, and troubleshoot AV solutions tailored to the specific needs of executive-level presentations and events.

  • Build strong relationships with executives and stakeholders, understanding their requirements and preferences to deliver customized AV solutions that enhance communication and collaboration.

  • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance checks on AV equipment and setups to ensure reliability, consistency, and adherence to company standards.

  • Provide training and support to executives and administrative staff on the use of AV equipment and technology, empowering them to deliver effective presentations with confidence.

  • Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to procure AV equipment and services as needed, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective solutions.

What you'll need (Required):

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Audio Engineering, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in providing AV support for corporate environments, preferably working with executives or senior leadership teams.

  • Proficiency in professional audio and video systems, including sound reinforcement, video conferencing, and presentation technologies.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with executives and stakeholders at all levels.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and deliver results within deadlines.

Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families.

For California, the base pay range for this position is $88,000 to $124,000 (highly experienced).
